Refund Policy

At VitaJoint, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund, customers must request a return by emailing support@vitajoint.store within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be shipped back to VitaJoint for inspection before a refund is approved. The returned product must include all original components and packaging. Once received, VitaJoint will inspect the item to determine if refund criteria are met. Refund approval is based on product condition, authenticity, and evidence that the item was used as intended without misuse, intentional damage, or safety concerns. VitaJoint reserves the right to decline refunds if the product shows signs of abuse, unauthorized modification, improper application, or damage that compromises the product’s integrity. Refunds will not be issued for chargeback attempts made before the return is delivered back and inspected by our team. If a chargeback is filed before the product is returned, VitaJoint may provide evidence of return requirements, delivery confirmation, and inspection policy to the payment provider. If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified VitaJoint error, defective product confirmed during inspection, or incorrect item received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked carrier to ensure safe delivery. Lost or untracked returns cannot be refunded. Exchanges or partial refunds may be offered at VitaJoint’s discretion if the product is returned in acceptable but non-new condition. Refund requests for allergic reactions, discomfort, or fit concerns must still follow the return and inspection process.
